The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey
Galloway Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey
Marathon performed site engineering and environmental studies for multiple projects on the 1,600 acre Stockton campus including an overall wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species studies (both flora and fauna), boundary, topographic and wetland survey, sanitary sewer flow study and force main extension, Campus Center development plans (project to be LEED Certified), overall utility location plan, stormwater management master plan, and solar photovoltaic panel system approval. Marathon is currently on the project teams developing detailed design and construction documents for the upgrade of College Walk and the Unified Science Center. |

Atlantic City Outlets - The Walk, Phase III
Atlantic City, Atlantic County, New Jersey
Marathon provided professional engineering and environmental services, including site design, land use permitting and construction coordination to Atlantic City Associates (Cordish Company) and the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) for the third phase of the hugely successful retail outlet complex at the foot of the Atlantic City Expressway, further enhancing the gateway to the city. |

Evergreens Campus Renewal
Moorestown Township, Burlington County, New Jersey
Marathon assisted the Evergreens Continuing Care Retirement Community to obtain Use Variance and Site Plan Approval for upgrade of the residential and skilled nursing facilities as well as development of phased site construction plans. Marathon also prepared Freshwater Wetland Mitigation plans as a condition of a Freshwater Wetlands Individual Permit, obtained approval from NJDEP for the mitigation plans and performed construction monitoring. |

2110 New Road Professional Offices
City of Linwood, Atlantic County, New Jersey
Marathon provided professional services to Boardwalk Design and Development, Inc. and SOSH Architects for preparation of site development plans and environmental reports in connection with securing required land use approvals. To compliment the energy efficient building design, low impact stormwater measures such as permeable pavers and a rainwater recapture system were implemented along with both open and subsurface infiltration basins. |

Church of the Assumption
Galloway Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey
Marathon worked with the Diocese of Camden to prepare site plans, provide land use permitting services and perform construction liaison and consultation for development of a new church and school facility on a 24 acre parcel fronting Pitney Road. The project included site design for county road improvements, shared parking facilities and a regional stormwater management basin. |

West Deptford Energy Station
West Deptford Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey
Marathon assisted West Deptford Energy, LLC (LS Power) with development of the $1.5 billion redevelopment project involving construction of a dual-fuel (natural gas and ultra-low sulfur diesel) combined-cycle power plant by providing detailed engineering plans and performing comprehensive wetland delineation and threatened and endangered species habitat assessments. The project also included extensive coordination and environmental permitting for connection of the power plant to existing utility infrastructure within utility easements along the Delaware River. |

Building GHI, LogistiCenter at Logan
Logan Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey
Marathon prepared site development plans and assisted DP Partners in obtaining land use approvals for the project site in the industrial complex known as LogistiCenter at Logan. This project, along with Building K, also for DP Partners in LogistiCenter at Logan, was among the first warehouse industrial facilities to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). |
